Which team will be the Bundesliga champions for 2023? Is it Bayern Munich or Borussia Dortmund? Bayern leads by just a point and Dortmund is bidding its time in second position.
Both teams thrashed their opponents in their last match, and it rekindled again the rivalry towards the top spot.
Bayern Munich’s chief sports officer, Hasan Salihamidzic, delineates the mindset of the team: “We have two games left, and we have to win them. We don’t look confused. We want to play this out to the end,” he said.
Edin Terzic, coach of Borussia Dortmund, said after their win against Gladbach, “We’re not done yet, we still have two tasks. We showed today that we will believe until the end and we will chase everything until the end.”
The remaining two matches for Bayern are: a home game against RB Leipzig, and away against Cologne.
Dortmund will play Augsburg away and Mainz at home.
Definitely, the team with the best nerves and luck will win the Bundesliga. However, there could be room for a surprise.
