DFB sports court award match in favor of Bochum
Bochum sought redress in the DFB sports court over a firelighter that was thrown in a Bundesliga match at der Alten Försterei in Berlin middle of December last year and “injured”, goalkeeper, Patrick Drewes.
Bochum was able to prove that the incident weakened the team and the court awarded 2-0 win for Bochum.
Union Berlin plans to exhaust all the legal options to appeal against the verdict.
